Paul de Robillard - Chief Executive Officer, Rollex  

In 1989 Paul’s entrepreneurial spirit began with the perishable export business – Rollex.  From 1989 to 2003 Rollex operated as a sole proprietor and continued to grow as an international exporter of predominately fruit and vegetables.

During 2004 the business produced a Corporate Structure which expanded to include a fully vertically integrated service delivery.  The footprint continued to grow throughout Southern Africa with the backbone being the refrigerated trucking fleet, moving quality export product from farm to market.  During the 2007/2008 financial year Lonrho Plc expressed an interest in the Rollex Group and successfully acquired a 51% stake in the Rollex Group.

As CEO, Paul has continued the growth curve and today Rollex offers an integrated logistical and marketing service out of 5 African countries. The passion for Africa remains a key focus for the continued growth of the Group.

Humberto Santos -  Managing Director, LonAgro/ John Deere Angola

Humberto holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with additional training in Management. He worked for several years as an Electrical Technician and in 1987 decided to embrace the Commercial/Management career from Technical Salesman to the position of Managing Director. From 2000 to 2005 he was the Managing Director of LEME – Agência de Navegação, Lda in Mozambique. In 2006 he assumed the leadership of a group of Angolan companies acting on the Health & Pharmacia markets in Angola.   

Humberto joined to LonAgro in May, 2009 and is responsible for leading the launch of the John Deere franchise in the Angolan market.
