Eton Park Capital Management, L.P. (the "Investment Manager") has been granted discretionary investment management authority in respect of the assets of the owners. The Investment Manager has in turn delegated investment management authority in respect of the assets of the owners to its UK affiliate, Eton Park International LLP (the "sub-Manager").
