Atlantis Foods is the largest independent frozen seafood import, trading and distribution company in South Africa servicing leading wholesalers, retailers and food service companies.

It also benefits from a strategic partnership with the third largest seafood processing factory in South Africa, facilitating the filleting, portioning, crumbing, coating and smoking of seafood products.

The business (previously known as Supapackers) was founded fifteen years ago as a seafood processing and trading operation. Lonrho’s original investment in 2015 occurred through the sale and merger of Lonrho’s seafood retail business Oceanfresh and wholesale trading business Fish On Line to Atlantis Foods. Since then the business has acquired Breco Seafoods, a highly successful trading competitor in 2017.

Complete Enterprise Solutions is an Information Technology solutions company specialising in IT infrastructure, communication and security. Since its inception, CES has been developing and endorsing the principle of outsourced network management as the most logical option for organisations and companies looking to optimize their IT investment.

Deciding to outsource the design and implementation of the company’s IT infrastructure and then the day-to-day, on-line monitoring and management of networks can dramatically reduce IT costs. This reduction in cost translates to an ongoing management benefit; allowing our clients to concentrate on their core business operations and not on IT.

The company has been developing this model for over 20 years and has thus acquired an extensive expertise in the recurring IT concerns of the small, medium and large enterprise. These include how to measure the return on IT Investment; analysing and understanding control of costs; understanding what benefit technology can add to their business and attracting and maintaining skilled consultants necessary to run their networks.

This expertise and know-how has been attained in an emerging African environment where the barriers to entry for enterprises and organizations have been high. At the same time, there is a keen recognition that there is an uncompromising necessity for reliable IT solutions. This is one of the management cornerstones on which CES has been established.

The Luba Freeport is a Lonrho held (63% share ownership) and managed deep-water port on the island of Bioko.  This facility is a 'one stop shop' for businesses looking to gain access in West Africa's growing and lucrative gas and oil market.

Given the port's status as a Freeport in respect to custom duties on material imported into the zone and in transit for countries outside of Equatorial Guinea, and its central geographical location, it makes Luba Freeport a unique choice for a West African regional hub.

The port is in the fortunate position to be surrounded by open land as opposed to being "city locked" as is the case for many African ports. This allows for cost effective storage and further plans for expansion without major impact on the surrounding community.
